Further Work on Liechtenstein Law from a National and International Perspective. Commemorative on the Occasion of the 70th Birthday of Herbert Wille

The commemorative publication in honour of Herbert Wille was written on the occasion of his 70th birthday. He has been a research fellow for law at the Liechtenstein Institute since 1993. Even before that, during his time as an employee of the Government, as a member of the Government and as Chairman of the Administrative Appeals Board, he had already made a name for himself as an in-depth expert on Liechtenstein law and as a meticulous researcher. His research focuses on constitutional and administrative law and the relationship between Church and State. Associates of Herbert Wille were invited to contribute to the volume from a legal perspective. Biographical contributions and an overview of Herbert Wille's publications round off the publication.
