The study was commissioned by Office of Social Affairs on the occasion of the "European Year of Equal Opportunities for All". In addition to the evaluation of statistical data, a survey of persons from selected population groups was carried out. The survey focused on people from the countries of origin Turkey, Germany and Italy. The results are documented in Working Paper No. 19/2008 of the Liechtenstein Institute and in an anthology published by the Office of Social Affairs in 2008.
