About the event
The second lecture evening in the event series "Turning Point for Liechtenstein: Economic Policy Challenges in the Current Global Situation" will bring together a panel of experts from business, administration and the Liechtenstein Institute. First, the speakers will give a keynote speech, share their assessments of the geopolitical turning point (US tariffs, war in Ukraine, etc.) and also report on how this affects their work. The evening will be rounded off with a panel discussion.
About the event series
As a modern and globally networked business location, Liechtenstein is facing a variety of economic policy challenges in light of the current international polarization and the associated political developments. In an increasingly uncertain world characterized by geopolitical tensions, digital transformation and sustainability efforts, Liechtenstein must strategically align itself and face these challenges in order to secure its competitiveness. The turning point has already arrived in Liechtenstein.
Our lecture series is dedicated to central questions of Liechtenstein's current economic policy against the backdrop of these developments. We invite renowned experts from the fields of politics, administration, business and science to present and discuss these topics with an audience.
