The average life satisfaction of Liechtenstein citizens has recovered, the country is in a good situation overall according to respondents and trust in Liechtenstein institutions such as the police, Princely House and courts remains high. These and other results are presented in the fourth edition of the Liechtenstein Barometer conducted by the Liechtenstein Institute in collaboration with the Liechtensteiner Vaterland.

The focus of the current Lie Barometer is the image of Liechtenstein's political parties. The focus was on how the parties are perceived by Liechtenstein voters. The analysis shows, among other things, that the two major parties FBP and VU are perceived as particularly competent in various policy areas, with the DpL also receiving high competence ratings. In the area of environment, climate and energy, however, it is the FL that comes out on top in the eyes of the respondents. The Lie-Barometer 2024 is already the fourth edition after 2019, 2020 and 2022 and was conducted in cooperation with the Liechtensteiner Vaterland. The survey is based on an online survey. The responses from 891 Liechtenstein residents with voting rights were taken into account for the analysis.
