Fundamentals of immission control law
Due to technological change, public immission control law is a fast-moving subject. In order to give the monograph from the series "Beiträge Liechtenstein-Institut" (No. 56) more consistency, it presents the established legal dogmatic principles of the immission control section of the Environmental Protection Act (Art. 14-36 USG). This includes in particular the basic principles, basic rules, concepts, terms and objectives of immission control law. In addition, the most important implementing ordinances relating to air pollution, noise and non-ionizing radiation, the relevant customs contract law (Zollvertragsrecht) and important EEA law implications are discussed.
The legal status of the work is May 31, 2024, and literature and published case law up to this date have also been taken into account.
