On 1 May 2015, Liechtenstein could look back on twenty years of membership in the European Economic Area (EEA). On this occasion, the Liechtenstein Institute, in cooperation with the EEA Staff Unit, the Ministry of Presidential Affairs and Finance, and the Office of Foreign Affairs, conducted various surveys. What support does the EEA enjoy among the population? How do business and the Administration evaluate Liechtenstein's EEA membership and how has EEA membership actually affected Liechtenstein's economic development? The results of the survey underscore the great support that EEA membership enjoys among the key players in politics and business, but also among the population of Liechtenstein. The detailed results were published in various studies.
