As part of her doctoral thesis, Anna-Carolina Perrez examined Liechtenstein judicial practice during the Second World War within the conflicting interests of the surrounding countries. Her focus was on the extent to which court decisions were influenced by the foreign judges who held office in Liechtenstein - in particular the “German” judges after the "Anschluss" of Austria.
