This study is a systematic presentation of the constitutional complaint related constitutional procedural law. Based on a comprehensive review of the Constitutional Court's judicature and taking into account the relevant foreign procedural law (Switzerland, Austria, Germany), the central aspects and problems of the constitutional procedural protection of fundamental rights are addressed, but also the deficits of the applicable Liechtenstein law are analyzed. At the same time, fundamental questions are addressed, such as the nature of constitutional jurisdiction and the relationship between so-called specialized jurisdiction and constitutional jurisdiction.
