In a focus feature on Liechtenstein (“Liechtenstein - unveiling the wonders of Europe’s hidden royal gem”), organized by Businessfocus.org.uk, one of the largest American daily newspapers, USA Today (approx. 150 million visitors, September 2024), conducted various interviews with executives in Liechtenstein. The interviews included H.S.H. Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein, the current Prime Minister Dr. Daniel Risch and other personalities from the fields of politics, administration, industry and education. As Director of the Liechtenstein Institute, Prof. Dr. Thomas Meier was able to shed light on the Liechtenstein research landscape and academy, its international network and, in particular, various current aspects of research and teaching activities at the Liechtenstein Institute.
