The Constitutional Courts of European Microstates

At this jurisprudential symposium, organized by the Liechtenstein Constitutional Court together with the Liechtenstein Institute and the Universities of Innsbruck and St. Gallen, researchers from Europe and overseas will shed light on various aspects of constitutional jurisdiction.
 

Thanks to the participation of judges from the constitutional courts of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and the Constitutional Court, the challenges faced by the administration of justice in microstates will be addressed in particular.
